HIDDEN LAKE JUNE 20

Time to leave Homer and travel toward Anchorage. We took the back road to Anchor Point, AK.
Quite a curvy, rolling road.

What's our height?
Whoops hit a bump in the road
Thought this was interesting!
Now we've got the Southern most and Western most covered
Not going to the Northern most of USA... yet!
Old Russian Church circa 1901 Ninilchik, AK
High on top of a bluff, can be seen by travelers in all directions
The Russian community still uses this parish

This church overlooks the town of Ninilchik and Cook Inlet
                                                                     Ninilchik, AK
Yes they still live in this small community
Debugging while fueling in Soldotna
Oops missed some bugs..get that spot and that one..

Our campsite at Hidden Lake.
Had to come in on a dusty, washboard road to get here.
Beautiful spot, picture perfect lake (take our word for it)
And the skeeters--big, hungry, and thick.

Tomorrow we'll make Anchorage...Buzzy tired...hard driving today!
